Where is the gift data option on app and online?

I’ve just changed plans, now I can’t seem to gift data. Both plans are gift data accessible. This has also coincided with the new app update. 
anyone got any ideas? I’ve asked for help but it’s not helped.

I have android app V5.25.0 last updated 20 October 2023



Can your support team move the data for me meantime ?

Our customer care team on 150 will be happy to help gift your data. 

They can also look into why you can't see this option.

The upgrade is awful...I cant find the gift data section, ive followed your advice and still cant seem to locate it. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Do you have another pay monthly line on your account that is eligible to gift data to?
