I cannot get into to ee to see my bills.

I login but always get the message :  'There seems to be a problem....'

This happens day after day.  Can anyone assist, please?

Welcome to the community,

Are you logging via the EE App or via the website to your account?

If via the EE App, have you made sure that your device has the latest software and the EE App is the most up to date?

If you are still having problems, and you want to see your bills, I would suggest speaking to customer service.

If you are having problems with the app, try uninstalling it and downloading it again fresh, once you have rebooted your device. You may need to clear the cache as well.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks - it’s on both app and laptop. How do I clear my cache, please?

@Profile closed , you need to remove your email address asap, as per forum rules, no personal details are allowed, this could cause lots of spam, etc, for you.

I have no idea how to remove my email address, but if you have done it for me then great.
