I’ve just changed plans, now I can’t seem to gift data. Both plans are gift data accessible. This has also coincided with the new app update.
anyone got any ideas? I’ve asked for help but it’s not helped.

I have the same problem. after I select gift data. It says the information isn’t available try closing the app

How long has this been happening?
Can you gift data using your My EE account online?

If you wish to gift data through My EE online please log in and follow these steps:
Plans & subscriptions > scroll down to Data Gifting (under 'Do more') > select 'Gift your data'
