Website not working well

I just registered a problem with website not working well. Tried for a month (since joining EE) to set up payment details etc. Just a nice apology to say this part of website not working! Quick scan through on the forums here seems to be a long (very long) ongoing problem! Not a good advert for the service EE.

I am sorry you've been unable to set up the payment details in your EE account. If you have had an error message showing since joining, please call us on 150 and the team can check everything is set up correctly at our end for your online account and help get this sorted 🙂
