Cant log out

What is going on with EEs website. Yet again changes have been made which is making impossible to navigate to simply get the monthly business invoice. Also unable to see the log out function so that i can change businesses to print their invoice. Hate it. Sort it out.

I also am unable to Logout. If I go to the top right for My Profile, no Logout option is given there (simply the word "Profile" appears when I hover the mouse over my Profile initial letter); and if I click to go into my profile, it says "Loading" for about 45 seconds, and then it gives up and says,

We’re having trouble displaying your profile details

It’s our fault, not yours. Please reload the page or try again later.

So, XRaySpeX, sorry, your suggestion has not helped.

Speaking as an experienced programmer, this is not at all satisfactory.

Security should be regarded seriously, and NOT being able to properly Logout from my EE account is quite simply not acceptable.

Does the same happen? 

How long ago did you register for a My EE account?

Thanks for the suggestion - works ok with Edge (and therefore able to go to Profile, and then use the Logout button at the bottom). Does not work in Firefox (latest version).

I eventually found LOGOUT right at the bottom of my Profile.   Had to scroll down to find it.   What a stupid place to put it.  It should be on a local menu under the profile symbol, or why no in its own button always visible and always in the same place?  

This is a frequently-used and potentially security-sensitive function that should be easy to use.  

Plus, the new site is terribly slow.

I agree - just went into account and could not find log out.  Should be clearer - like it was!!!

I agree absolutely, Log out button should be prominent and always visible, and the website is slow,not much of an advertisement for a fast broadband company.
