The website is junk. When clicking on a link from the home page it either shows an error message or just blanks and then returns to the page I was clicking from. Been like this for days now.
Looking at upgrading but if they can't get the web page to work, why bother giving them any more money?

Thanks for getting back to me @1971.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Guides; they will be able to go through your upgrade options with you and run through further checks on the issue you're experiencing when trying to view your upgrade options online. If needed, they can raise a ticket for further investigation.

Could you try accessing this using another browser page or device to see if this helps?
Are you able to access the upgrades section of your account when logged into the app?

Hi Debbie,
It throws up similar errors in other browsers too but to a lesser extent. I have no issues with other sites, just EE's website.
Suggests that the website is the problem.
