Resolved! No suitable plans?

My contract ran out months ago and been trying to upgrade. I just get no suitable plans available on every single phone I try.I can't call and want to do online, what's going on?

App down!!!!

How the heck is the app down and showing  ‘we are improving your app’ at 2300 on a Saturday night!?!?!? This is beyond ridiculous. Every single night  the app isnt available between 2200-0000!!! I’m done with EE. I’m taking my three phones elsewhere ...
