Maintenance on the ee app

why is it that the ee app is always having maintenance done on it? I’ve never known any other app have so much downtime for so called ‘improvements’

Its a pain in the ass when you are trying to use the rental controls to kick your kids of the internet and can’t get into it!

Yip so they better get it sorted or I will be kicking them off im gonna get some one to look st the ip address im sure you can do it that way

Hi @andrew0203 

Improvements are normally undertaken late at night or on weekends to minimise inconvenience but as ever some people maybe impacted. Your kids are still up using the internet at 11.19pm? 

Improvements are to benefit EE customers.

My kids are not up at that time of night. They were being sanctioned for poor behaviour so I was altering the time they were allowed on the internet for the next day.
