Hi! I’ve tried the past few days to upgrade my phone on the EE website, ive got an iphone 14 in the basket, but when i click continue, it says ‘SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE’ which is so frustrating, and then when i try to log in it says ‘Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do’. I’ve tried everything, it won’t log me in even with my right password but every time i go to basket it says the message above. Help!!

You can upgrade via CS on 150 if the website is not working.
