App problems

How many problems are there with this app. I am a new user and everytime I try to log on it tells me to set up a PIN number even though I've set one up on my previous visit. I'm now trying to see my bill because I've been overcharged and want to know why. I tried sending a message to EE but got no reply. The only time I've seen any commemt from them is from my original review of the app and that was the usual trite reply they send to everyone about making sure I have the latest version.

@Andrew4254   If you keep logging out the app you’ll have to set up a new pin each time.  Just close the app then you’ll enter your pin to enter the app.  

To see your bill you just click view your bill and then click see your see your plan & devices then click see details and then scroll to the bottom and download the bill.  You will see all of your bill breakdown including and out of allowance charges if you have any.
