Wait time of 2 hours? Is this a joke?

Trying to raise an issue in the app and been given a wait time of 2 hours. Is this normal for EE?

Also been kicked off the app twice and now cannot connect to the open issue I'm waiting to have resolved.

Hi @Whyter1959

Thanks for coming here.

Have you managed to contact us since you last posted?

Is there a query we could help you with on the community?

Leanne 🙂

Yes,
All sorted now but I have to wait until Nov 24 before I can leave without penalty.
Can't come soon enough. An absolutely rubbish company since I was conned into leaving BT.

I am very sorry to hear you are leaving us @Whyter1959

If you do wish to discuss leaving sooner, please get back in touch with our mobile care team on 150.

Leanne.

Of course another reason to leave is the wait 24 hours for an escalation manager to contact you.  Well over 36 now and no sign of contact.

No doubt all these managers will get their bonuses despite being so poor and missing so many targets

EE - also known as absolute rubbish.

I will take your advice and leave as early as I can

Regards

Bob
