I can but navigating it like looking at bills or extra charges runs into issues. Very slow & buggy.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? 

Does this happen when connected to WiFi and using mobile data?

Yes to all and as this is happening on 3 of my device s - laptop- iPhone- Amazon Fire 8 tablet, website is worse than the app, it's a wider problem. You only have to look at the comments on here & twitter.  It's a big problem for a lot of your customers.

If this is happening on multiple devices, please report this to our mobile care team on 150 they will raise a support ticket for your My EE to be looked into.
