I have previously topped up my allowance, it is at £15 which means 25gb of data but when I turn my data on it fails to work and is messing me around. The number 150 is no help because there is no real person to speak to, How do I fix this?

I've tried a couple of wifi range extender with alleged capabilities of 1200 maps. Reality is only getting around 8mbps. Are there EE settings that block 3rd party extenders/repeaters? Are there settings i should change in main router? Both repeaters...

EE Smart 4G Hub
