I urgently need to transfer data. Recently had surgery tried to transfer it last time same issue. Very frustrating having to type this with my right hand following surgery. Very disappointed with RE. How long does upgrading take. Caused me no end of issues as could not transfer data. Help!

Are you having trouble with the EE App? If so, try uninstalling it and re-installing it, if that does not solve the problem, you would need to ring customer service for them to reset your account.
On the other hand, are you able to log in to your account via the website and transfer data that way?
