Hey there @Richard261.

Have you had a chance to try this in the EE app yet to see if it has the same error?

If that doesn't work either, I'd recommend giving our team a call, as they can first of all gift the data manually from our end, and also investigate what could be causing your issues too.

It's been broken for a few weeks. I had to dial 150 to gift data. Its a known issue for some customers and there are many many many people fed up.
