Why is the EE website so poor?
Currently in Kos, phone damaged, trying to gift data to wife and daughter to keep us connected and website keeps telling me, we can't display that information at the moment. Everything tries to steer you back to using the app, and sending codes to your mobile, which is useless when your phone is damaged!!! Log on to website on your laptop to look for live chat or something like that, nothing there. Really poor show from a company of this size.

@TommyKibs if you can put your SIM into one of the other two devices that you have and log into your EE account via the app from there you’ll be able to gift data.
