App update......why is it taking so long to sort this out 5 days is far too long

@Chris-king1   The app is working.  Have you cleared your device cache?  Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

 this is all I get now after uninstall and reinstall so whats your ne advice

Did you re-download the app from the play/app store? 

Can you reset the device and try logging in again?

Hi leanne,

I have restarted my phone  I have reinstalled the app from the play store I have done what the grand master Chris_b  advised and all I get is the lovely blue/green screen with the ee symbol on it....oh but everyone's bill has gone up by 13% lol so I guess ee got something right
