I’ve just transferred over from O2, received and entered my sim today. Got the confirmation text confirming my number transfer and welcoming me to my saver plan. Money has come out of my bank but my app and website are showing 0 data and 0 minutes. I have texted AL to 150 and it told me my current balance is £0.00. I can’t make calls or text! Does it take awhile to change over or am i doing something wrong?

Does texting NUMBER to 150 give your transferred no. or your temp EE no.?

Welcome to the EE Community
That would suggest your number transfer hast not actually completed yet, is your O2 SIM still active at the moment? If you setup your number transfer at the point of sale, it would usually complete next working day after you first insert the SIM.
If it is not reporting any call or data allowances from your pack back to you when you are texting 150, then I would recommend getting in touch so that our team can double check and make sure the pack has activated correctly.
