I have been trying to upgrade online for the last 4 days with no luck. I can only do it online because I have a friends and family code and it csnt be done over the phone. I hav tried multiple browsers and devices and also tried to chat with tech support but the messaging function is not available. I am totally frustrated with this and need it sorted asap. Is there anything else I can do or try to get it done?

Could you try clearing cookies and cache and opening a different web browser, can you view your upgrade options?

I have done all of that even tried different devices and nothing. I have waited until my bill was paid to see if that had anything to do with it but still nothin. If I wasnt tied into my sim only I would be looking for a different supplier. Absolutely no help over the phone. Message facility hasn't been working for goodness only knows how long. Even put a complaint in that was closed and no one had even contacted me.

I tried over the phone they just said they couldn't do the fandf over the phone. Eventually got it done today once my bill payment date had passed although it still took a good few hours and good around in loops. I persevered and its order thanks
