Why is My EE having issues since 14th Nov 2022. I tried deleting and re installing on my Samsung s20. It doesn't work at all.

My EE on samsung s20 doesn't work. I am new user and joined EE from BT. I registered a new account and tied to use the app, which is up to date, but doesn't login. Instead takes to website to login and bounces back to app and states app has errors just not and try later.

Neither the app nor the website have worked properly since Nov 1. That was 2+ weeks ago. No balances/usage information available. Ya, you can text BAL to 150 or whatever but honestly - its the year 2022 and every other cell phone company has a working website and app.
This has got to be massively embarrassing for a company the size of EE.
