Hello EE. 10 days ago on Wednesday 16th November, I went to the EE store in Trinity Square, Colchester with a view of changing networks. I explained to the sales person Sam, that I was with Sky mobile who are on O2 network which is patchy in my area of Colchester, and that I wanted a similar plan which was 15GB and I was paying £12 a month. She arranged this for me for £15 a month, I signed with my finger on the tablet and left, only to find out that I had ran out of data the 2 days later. I then found out the plan had only 1GB of data with it and this was not a similar plan to what I was leaving - as this is my works number, it is no use to me at all. I would call this mis selling at best and yes, I know I signed but please, I took it on trust that I had was receiving a similar plan. Nobody reads all the contract when you have been told that all will be well. I went into the shop and questioned this and thought I had 14 days available for change of mind to be told by staff this isnt the case at all. I am still in my 14 days on a contract that was mis-sold to me. Can you help?

@tony667422 : There is no statutory 14-day cooing-off period when buying in-store. For this reason, don't!
You would need to go back to the shop & argue it out with them.

Did the plan displayed on the screen you signed. show the data allowance you were expecting?
