Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to look for sim only data deals that are on a monthly roll over and upon selecting the "log in to see deals" option as I'm an EE customer already, I get taken to the login screen, enter my details only to get a yellow banner with an error saying "Unfortunately we were unable to log you in", but I'm already logged in! How many areas or times do I need to be logged in or log myself in? I keep getting redirected between the app and the browser version of the website and can't get to these "deals".
Can someone help?

Since your post yesterday afternoon have you been able to log in to your My EE and not see this error?

It's still doing it now a year later.. it hasn't been fixed its still broken, the techs ate lazy and the sub par way these problems are approached is a joke to customer service.. I never had these problems as a BT customer and cannot wait to get away from EE
