Hi team , finding it difficult to open my EE app. Can someone assist me . Thanks

Hi @Kobby191,
If you are having trouble opening the My EE app I would first suggest rebooting your device and checking that your My EE app is up-to-date.
If you are on Android, you can try clearing your My EE app cache & data.
If this does not work, delete and re-download the My EE app by texting APP to 150.
If you are still unable to log in then there is likely a more widespread issue and I would suggest trying again at a later date or visiting My EE on the web.
