Not been able to send my daughter data for days!!! How long does it take to update an app?? Shockingly poor service from ee with no warning it’s happening

@Nixy83  Can you login to your online account or do you think that you can only use the my EE app ?     Have you seen the other comments on this forum about this ?     Clear your device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app,  
  If you can not login to your online account then you need to call customer services and request an account reset only do this if you can not login to your online account as this doesn’t correct the issue of the my EE app as that’s a device issue not an app issue.
