Can't turn mobile data back on because app and website down

Hi,

Is anyone else finding that the app is constantly down lately?? I am becoming increasingly frustrated with not being able to use parental controls due to this. I now am unable to turn on my daughter's data because the app and website aren't working properly again. Is there any way of doing this? She needs data!

Hi @molilli 

The app has recently been updated. Could you try deleting and redownloading it please? Are you able to access your account through the My EE desktop website?

I will try that, thanks. I was not able to make the changes on the website, either. The app did work later in the day but this it is not working for me a lot of the time.
