I took out a contract for my iPhone 11 I’ve paid off the contract but I’m still paying for the data and free calls and text (which is the same amount I was paying for those services stated above and for the phone itself) I want to know how to cancel the service that I’m paying for monthly ?? (Paid off the phone but still paying same amount for data and free calls and texts) please help.

EE's traditional contracts have no concept of separating your phone & airtime, or indeed "paying off" any finance.
You have one monthly payment covering all your services, which you have agreed to pay on a rolling basis until you explicitly request disconnection or request a change - subject to your minimum term.
All customers should receive a text message towards the end of the minimum-term, outlining their options - which include moving to a SIM-only plan,
You may benefit from one of the newer FlexPay plans which explicitly separate one fixed-term finance contract for the phone-loan, from an airtime contract that is similar to SIM-only.

According to Martin Lewis you need to contact your mobile provider and change your contract to a SIM only deal which is much cheaper. Many people are out of contract and are still paying the same amount even though their contract has ended. The provider (apparently) is not obliged to remind you that you've paid your phone off.
