Unable to login

i've been unable to login for a while now... i saw a post saying someones phone numbers had been cleared preventing a successful login... where can I check this?!

If that had happened to your account, it wouldn't be something that you can see, but would need to be checked by our tech guides.

If you aren't able to login through the app or the website, give our tech guides a call, and they'll have a look into this for you.
