I am trying to contact EE to advise I am having financial issues and unable to pay my bills. I have no phone so cannot call anyone. Do you not have a webchat service any longer?

We have a messaging service in the Help section of the EE app for Pay Monthly mobile customers. However, if you are having Problems Paying Your Bill, then you are best calling us directly to discuss the best next steps and any support options available.
If you don't have access to a phone, then you're welcome to visit us in store, and the team will be able to help connect you to the right place for the best advice.
