Anytime upgrade

Hi, last week I upgraded to an iPhone 17 pro max on the old plans Non flex. I was told in my contract id get anytime upgrade so first 6 months is £200 and £100 after 6 months, I’ve looked thought my account and the contract and no where does it say anything about anytime upgrade which is a key selling point to me. Is it still a think I’m on full works £110 plan
