Hi all,
I paid my bill (due January 1st) on January 5th - had to use the website from another device as the app and website through my device kept showing the "unable to access this time" or something to that effect.
However, when trying to setup a direct debit (it's now been over 48 hours since I paid) it's still showing as overdue?
What am I supposed to do about this?

If your payment isn't showing and you're unable to set up your Direct Debit online, then please call the team. They'll be able to double check your account and help you get everything set up moving forward.
