Hi I'm victim of fraud from ee store Hammersmith someone took 3 additional lines on my name and collected two I phone and one watch when I see changes on my online account I contacted customer service about changes on my account new number were added on my account customer service said will back fraud team will contact me but fraud team never contacted me when I Chase them they said no fruad happened to me then I'm so stressed and worried no one is helping I leave in Suffolk county and this fraud happens in store I'm challenging them show me proof of purchase or CCTV fottoage of 17 sep 2025 fraud happens in Hammersmith store I leave in Ipswich I'm so worried and stressed full what do to im in thesey mental health is not good due to this fraud ee customer service is big **bleep** they don't help me I never miss my bills since 3 years now my credit history will destroy because of fraud I don't know what to now will u plz help me I don't have any hope from ee customer service or fraud team is big lie will u plz guide me how to tackle this and get out of this fraud
