Unable to login to EE App from Samsung

I set up my EE account on my Mac and created a password and also a Passkey.

Also two factor authentication.

I can access it on my iPhone on the app.

I downloaded it to my wife's Samsung and cannot login there.

It always goes back to the login option.

I have tried using the passkey on my iPhone option via Scanning the image, but that does not work, There is not the option to use the password, I have tried deleting the passkey, but that is not an available option. Assistance valued please!!
