I can’t log in on the app but can log in online, but can’t view my usage or bills online it just says unavailable

We don't have access to customer accounts via this forum to check, but if you can log in but unable to see your bill, it definitely makes sense for us to check how your account is set up at our end and make sure this is all as it should be.
If you get in touch with our customer care team, they can run through security with you and ensure we get this investigated.
