Unable to gift data

The mobile App does not have the Gift Data option anymore. This has been going on for 3 months now (this is how long I have been trying it through 150). CS always says the systems been down for last few days!! This is quite poor from EE.

I have not been able to gift data since the start of the year. Getting quite annoyed. Take ages to phone to do it manually.

Thanks for your communication. No I am unable to do this. This method has not allowed me to gift data since the start of the year. I have also spoken to tech support every month about this without resolution.

Does the team gift the data for you when you call?

Hi, I had a problem some time ago when the Web site was down/playing up, I normally gift data at the start of the month, I presume I will be able to next month.

Just attempted to data gift both ways, and couldn’t. When I spoke last month about this issue I was offered a small amount of compensation and told that the issue will resolve itself when the new version of the app is launched, or words to that effect , but was not told when this would happen
