On my account there are 3 other numbers that I gift data to each month. Looking today, only one of those numbers is allowing me to gift data to it
Below is an example of trying to gift data via the website, when I try via the mobile app I can only select one number to gift data to and this is working.
The example above is my daughter's phone and as a fifteen year old it's very important to us that she has mobile data at all times. According to the history I last gifted her 10GB data on Jan 30th, and she's called me today asking for more data.
Anyone advise on this?

Could you log into the EE app and select the number you are trying to gift data to and view the add-ons for this number, do they have unlimited data showing?

For others struggling with this I spoke to EE and there is an known issue affecting some customers. There was no ETA for a fix. They manually gifted data to the other numbers on the account so we'll see what happens when that data expires

No they don't have the unlimited data add-ons, but they were showing as they had unlimited data which is incorrect

Having the same problem but when I click gift data the option vanishes and don't let me do anything regarding the gifting data side

Hi I have always been able to gift data from my son's account to mine. Today I tried and it says there is a problem and to try again later. I have been trying all day. I have attached a photo of the message I receive every time. Has anyone else come across this.

If yes, could you please try logging in to your EE account online and try data gifting from there?
