@Colston1958 If the device is in their name then they are the account holder not you so only they can process the upgrade. If you want your own account do the upgrade first then ask the account holder to call customer support and to request a change of ownership of your number. If you do this before the upgrade you’ll have to wait 3 months before you can upgrade. Only account holders can perform upgrades not account users which you are because it’s in their name
