I am brand new to EE my mobile phone number was ported over on Friday
I recieved a text message to say my plan was available online however i am unable to view it
i cannot link my phone to my account
do i try using the temporary number i recieved with my sim then my ported number
thank you

Welcome to the community.
If the number has ported over, it would normally be a case of using that number, but there is no harm in trying the temporary one.
What do you see when you try to link the number?
