Hi - have switched from business account to personal but still have same email address - having trouble downloading app because of this.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the community.

When you say you are having trouble downloading the app, is it the app itself that you can't download from the app store, or is it when you try to login to view your account?

No I'm not having trouble downloading app - I have just moved from being a business customer to a personal account but because I'm using the same email it wont let me start a new account.

Thanks for explaining @ejm2 

If you have moved the account, it will still be trying to link to the previous account number. If you give our customer support guides a call, they'll be able to help to get it linked to the correct account, rather than you having to try to create a new account.
