Set a PIN in app

Every time I log into the app it asks me to set a new PIN and reconfirm it. Shouldn’t it just be there for me to enter once?

Its a Device Pin, so after Installing the App it will ask you to input a Pin, then confirm the Pin, once done, that is the same Pin Number you use every time you want to access the App on that particular Device.

@bakernotbarker   If this is every time you open the app it’s because you log out of the app just close the app and it’ll then only use face/touch ID if you have set this up.   Login out will alway require you to setup a pin. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, done that several times now. It lets me in but I’m not sure why it keeps asking me to set it up and reconfirm as though it’s the first time. 

Haven’t been aware of logging out but will watch for that next time. Thanks.

Still happens every single time. I have to set a PIN, reconfirm it, then set up Face ID before I can do anything else.
