Every time I log into the app it asks me to set a new PIN and reconfirm it. Shouldn’t it just be there for me to enter once?

If you are not sure on your PIN please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be able to help further.

Hey there @Wendy1221, thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊
If you're referring to the PIN you use to log in to the EE App, you have three attempts at this, and if you fail three times you'll be prompted to log in with your full email address and password.
Once you've logged in successfully, you can then choose a new PIN and also enable fingerprint or Face ID when available too.

@Wendy1221 To get around this just delete the app and redownload it and setup from scratch.
