Hi

I had a huge bill in may. Scammers got hold of my number sent 411 international texts in 3 days early may. How can I look and fund the list of texts

 This is with the communications ombudsman now. Be good if I could send them the list. No i didnt send them.it would be I.possible to do so especially as my hands are arthritic. Amy help eould be appreciated please.Tia

The Ombudsman accepts complaints when they have either exhausted EE's own complaints process and are unresolved after 8 weeks, or are deadlocked before that.

Your bill breakdown should list all additional charges, as a matter of course.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been a victim of scammers, I can imagine it must be very stressful for you.

Have you spoken to us directly about what's happened before you contacted the ombudsman?

As @bristolian mentioned, we'd need to try to resolve the situation first before they will investigate.

Why do u think it's with the onbudsman. etc. Ee say i sent the messages. This is not my question. My quesyion was and stoll is jow do i view y usage ftom may please.an.  BeenThrough complaint etc . If u csn tell me how I view usage history will help thanks. I am aware of scams as I scam buster a bit. This ones sneaky as u font know till u get your bill. 137 quid it was mot my usual 36. I know all this and found what i needed. This had been gpi g on over 2 months. I am just hoping the onbudsman will do what they do best. Its not right and leaves other customers open to have yhe sane happen again.
