This new app is shocking , all I want is old app back so easy to use , now all I can do is chat to people
it’s says your app is being improved
I just want check usage , bills , add ons , up grades
instead of ask a question !! Who ever thought to change to this is a joke

Nothing, it just brings me right back to the start. Went onto 3's site and had a phone ordered in around 3 or 4 minutes

I’ve had exactly the same issue time and time over including with the previous app. Utter rubbish. I can’t even access my billing from the website. Will just have to see what they take out for the 4 lines linked to my account this month.

What happens when you try to use the app? Have you tried deleting and redownloading it?

Done that, no good, app is crap, next step is to leave EE and get a better provider!
