Hello,
I liked one of Black Friday deals for smartwatches and I wanted to go for it, however the website prevents me from doing so.
Anytime I try, the website allows me to log in without issues, but as soon as I head to the chosen offer, the website shows me a yellow bar with warning that says "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do". If I want to log in, it sends me back to "what do you want to do today" page, where it turns out that I'm in fact logged in (I can check it by clicking on the icons in upper red corner). And the loop keeps going and going, repeating and repeating.
I have tried since Black Friday, on different web browsers, devices, and it always ends the same way.
The problem is, right now I see new prices for the smartwatch chosen (Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra) and they are less appealing than the Black Friday offer. Does it mean that, thanks to the way the website works (or more like doesn't), I missed out on Black Friday offers?
Is there any way to fix it, or work around it?

Unfortunately if the offer is gone you would have missed out on it now.
If you were having issues, you could have called EE on 150 and they could have processed the deal for you over the phone.
They could also investigate your app issue for you.
