Summer Sale not available for existing customer (blank page)

It's been over a week now I try to purchase and add a new SIM deal as an existing client. All I have is a black listing page.
Having read the number of issues about the online shop, how on earth a such a large Telco not able to see and fix those kind of problems? The online user experience should be straight forward but it's so broken and puts you off. 

Went to a physical shop instead because I need the SIM before going on holidays (never, mind eSim option is not even offered) and they were quite sarcastic because the pricing is web only. they shouldn't be called EE shop for me if there is a disconnect on offers. Waste time, car park money and felt insulted.

It’s not just the offers, once I’m logged in to my account if I go to shop then mobile on the site I’m directed to https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today which has no content. This happens in the app on my phone or on the website on my laptop.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems viewing content once you log in to your online account. 
 

This would need to be raised with our technical support guides to get a support ticket raised for the EE account not loading content. Please call us on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone, and the team will be happy to help.
