EE Perks - Unable to login

Hi, I'm trying to login to my EE Perks account after receiving confirmation earlier today that the account is ready to use.

When I tried to log in, it say my username/password was incorrect. I went ahead and reset my credentials using the "Forgot Login" option and received the "Your password has been updated successfully" prompt. But when I go back to log in, I'm presented with the same message saying my username/password was incorrect. I've done this a couple times now and I'm unable to login to my perks account.

Since your post yesterday afternoon have you been able to successfully log in?

Hi @Katie_B,

I haven't been able to log in since yesterday. I've tried just now and I'm still getting issues: "The login details supplied are invalid". They are not invalid as I've used a password manager to generate and save the password after resetting it multiple times.

My account was successfully deleted.

I've gone through the registration process again as per your instructions.

I'm still unable to login to my EE Perks once the account was approved.

Why is this a seemingly difficult thing to get resolved?

Did you register using the work email?

Hi @Leanne_T,

I get the same issue that I've reported in the original post.

I'm using my personal email as I do not wish to use my work email. I've uploaded a photo of my ID which goes through the whole approval stage and says that my account is active. When I go to login, even with validating the account, the error I get says the username or password is wrong, which it's not as I've entered it I  twice during account creation.

Did you leave the work email empty when registering? 

When was the account approved?

Hi @Leanne_T,

Yes, I left the work email field empty so that I could use my ID through the photo upload.

Originally it was Monday 8th May 15:16. The recent approval after the account was deleted was Monday 15th May 16:17.

Could you try logging into the perk portal in a new web browser and using this link here. 

Does the same happen?
