Stuck on 'order pending' can't access broadband on EE app

MegaNuke

When I try to access the broadband tab on the EE app it just says order pending and the the plan details will appear once you are all set up at home.

It didn't say this last week and I need to access that part of the app to stop the WiFi from blocking a website I need to access for a game on playstation.

I don't believe I have placed any order? I don't see why this is preventing me from accessing that part of the app.

I have the exact same problem. Was told that I need to merge my broadband account but have already done this.

Can't access WiFi controls.

App is a waste of time

Am having the same issue and can’t seem to get any a help

I have spoke to EE on numerous occasions.

They keep saying it's a technical issue at their end.

This problem only started when I switched from bt to EE.

What's the point in having an app that doesn't work!

Exactly the old all was fine no issues. I also moved form BT as like the feature off having control move all my kids devices but now can’t even do that. They told me my complaints were the pending orders and closed them for it still not to work. Feel am getting no where.

Hopefully since they know it’s a fault on there end they will fix it asap.

Did you get a solution for this? I’ve recently switched from Sky, activation was a day late for some unknown reason, and I’ve been on the phone to customer service 3 times all with different time frames to “complete the order”

No. I have now given up.
Apparently EE say that I'm not on the correct tariff to access WiFi
controls but it clearly states on my Ts&Cs that I am. Poor customer
service!
