Anyone else still not have the online option in the app?
I have been waiting since April to get this sorted and still no service showing.

@Dizlowe , Me, I do not have it, had removed the app, rebooted the device and reinstalled the app and made no difference.

Yes I tried the same with no joy. I did report to EE twice but nothing has been resolved

I really appreciate your patience whilst awaiting an update on this one.
I'm continuing to see if we can pursue a resolution with this query, and whilst I don't have anything specific to share just yet, we've definitely not forgotten about what you've reported.
In the meantime I would recommend keeping an eye out for any app updates, and if I hear anything further I'll be sure to let you know.

Same for me also! I want to add a few things to my bill each month and the phone line tells me I have to place to order via online chat as they have more access to things but there isn't an option for that and hasn't been for a long time!

What is it that you would like to add to your monthly bill?
I'm not sure why our customer care team could not help with this, was this an online exclusive?
