I didn’t order it, they just added it. It appeared on my bill.

How do I know if I'm paying £2.50 for itemised billing? And why can't I see the previous month's itemised bill

Does the itemised billing charge show on any of your other bills? Are you able to view your previous bill on a different device or browser, or through the EE App?
