Hi all, I am in the process of transferring my phone across, but had a question about another delivery. I use my laptop a lot and was wondering why the chat option has gone from the Website?

Live chat is found via the EE App and only for customers on contract, I believe it may only be available if you have a phone contract, but not quite sure.
