Still doesn’t explain what charges are made under itemised billing. £2.50, what is that for?

@Jonty0560 : It's for seeing a record of all your non-chargeable calls & texts from within your allowances in your bills. Without Itemised Billing you won't see them. You will always see your chargeable calls & texts in your bills.

I use the SIM for data only. I don’t need itemised billing as I don’t use the SIM for calls or texts. Can I ask for the service to be removed as I don’t need it?
